Omorashi is a fetishistic interest in bladder control and the associated psychological and physiological responses to having a full bladder or the fear of urination loss. This can manifest as arousal from seeing or imagining individuals experiencing involuntary urinary incontinence or reaching a state of urinary urgency whereby they are unable to relieve themselves before wetting themselves accidentally. The term itself originates from Japan, combining 'o' (a prefix indicating strong or intense) and 'mori' (to pee or urinate), while 'ashi' denotes a strong desire or craving.
